Gorgeous place overall, it is neat, location is quiet on the the beach of Paella. Everyone is especially helpful and very amiable and host too. The ambiance is quiet.

Pleasant property in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Comfy beds in our king room. Clean private bathroom. Honestly nothing to complain about.

the hotel was near the beach and near puerto de ciudadela. the room we booked was cool and big with great views, a generous sized balcony and balcony view.

Truly enjoyed this lovely family run hotel, amazing location and brand-new rooms. The breakfast was satisfactory with good quality coffee, and all the food was GORGEOUS. Everything was perfect and the staff was absolutely kind. Location: the property was next to a quiet, the walk to the port looking at the beautiful harbour and the bus station.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this neat lovely family run hotel. I was given brand-new and modern room just how expected it to be with a sea-view, a balcony, as for instance. The breakfast was satisfactory - lots of dishes.

Amazing service, even when I left my coat on the bus, the hotel owner called the bus company and they delivered it to me the next day! Unbelievable! It's in a great location, just a short walk to the center and the beach. The pool was a nice bonus too. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel impossibile da trovare perchè l'indirizzo è sbagliato e porterebbe su una rotonda, oltretutto non esistono cartelli per arrivarci. Struttura improvvisata hotel, personale scorbutico a conduzione familiare, non davano neanche il buongiorno!! Tristissimo veramente!! Al bar in vetrina c'erano solo 3 scatolette di tonno e 2 lattine di olive!! Piscinetta sporca nell'atrio. Camere orripilanti con tanto di crocevia di formicaio tra il bagno e l'armadio... (Povere bestioline!!) Bagno sporco, vasca con muffa e wc maleodorante!! Finestra rotta, senza aria condizionata (c'è però un utilissimo ventilatore nell'armadio lercio!) Mai più e mai poi!!

The value for money was excellent, with comfortable beds and efficient housekeeping. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk to the city center and a 2-minute walk to the sea. The staff at Hotel Madrid were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

It was good value for money, staff were very pleasant, location was very good and very quiet with plenty of parking spaces just outside hotel and no noise from any of the other residents either l

Bathroom was very tired looking and not even soap at the sink. Bed sheets were very thing, almost transparent. Towels were also very very old.

Room was spotless throughout our stay, the cleaners were very friendly too. The location is great for the centre of Ciudadella and 5 mins slow walk away from the lovely little beach at Playa Gran. The pool was great for our little one too. Our room was on the ground floor of a little annexe, again great for us because of our baby although very hot as we couldn't leave the windows open in the day when we were out. All in all good value budget hotel, suited our needs perfectly.

We knew there was no aircon but as were on the ground floor and couldn't leave windows open, the little fan wew were given was not up to the job. This is the only little niggle though.

Enjoyed big bathroom and a flat-screen TV and a balcony in our double room. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was really close to the beautiful harbour and town with all the restaurants and cafes, all the lovely beaches of western Menorca and historic center through the city.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a great location. The owners were very friendly, and the hotel was clean. The walk along the harbour to Ciutadella was beautiful, and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops to explore. The nearby beach, Cala Galdana, was absolutely picturesque. I would definitely stay again.

Nice stuff, the surrounding is very quiet, it's very relaxed - the reception is a bar at the same time, there is music in it...
